We would like to invite others to join us at our new offices at 13550 Route 30, Suite LL4 in Plainfield. We have plenty of free parking at this location and room to grow. We will have our ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, December 1st. As our wonderful family of patients grows, so does our staff. We are expanding to provide an office where health and wellness can be found. The new offices will allow room for greater patient care and a wider variety of services. We invite you to join us to celebrate a great step forward.
